We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account credentials, resume and profile details, job information, recipient details, and support messages.

We may also collect basic technical and usage information, including browser type, device information, IP address, log data, and interactions with the service.

We use information to create and manage your account, generate and organize tailored resumes, track applications, send outreach you request, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, communicate with you, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

If you connect Google, we access your Google account email address and Gmail labels. At your direction, the service may send emails through your Gmail account and apply the Gmail label you select to those sent messages.

Google data is used only to provide these user-facing features. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, legal compliance, or support with your explicit permission.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We may share information with trusted providers that support hosting, data storage, artificial intelligence, email delivery, analytics, and security. They may process information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. We retain information only as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may disconnect Google access at any time through your account settings or your Google Account permissions. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information and connected Google data by contacting us.

Disconnecting Google stops future access. We will delete stored authorization tokens and associated Google data upon a valid deletion request, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.

The service is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
