You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for reviewing content before you use or send it.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job details, and other content you submit. You give us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to provide the content you upload.

The service may use artificial intelligence to draft or revise content. Outputs can contain errors and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for a particular role. You must review all outputs and remain responsible for the truthfulness of your applications and communications.

Features that connect to Google or other third parties are also subject to those providers' terms and policies. You authorize us to perform only the actions you request, such as sending outreach through your connected Gmail account. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

You may not misuse the service, violate another person's rights, send spam or unlawful messages, upload harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Some features may be limited by plan, usage allowance, or availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably practical. Any paid fees and billing terms shown at purchase will apply to your subscription.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or unlawful use. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
